Supervisor

POSITION INFO:

• Operational Oversight: Managing day-to-day receiving, storing, and shipping to meet customer demand.
• Staff Leadership: Assigning daily tasks, training, mentoring, and providing performance feedback to associates.
• Inventory Control:
   Maintaining accurate records, conducting cycle counts, and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforcing OSHA regulations and company safety policies, ensuring proper machinery operation.
• Workflow Optimization: Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and decrease costs.
• Communication: Coordinating with logistics, procurement, and customers to prioritize shipments. 

• Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Leadership: Strong team management, motivation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience: Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a similar role
