Our client in the Agricultural sector is looking for a dedicated and passionate Sugercane Foreman with  to be part of their team in Malelane area.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric certificate
• Senior Certificate course in Sugercane Agricultural (SASRI)
• 2 Years experience in similar role 
• Computer literate
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English (Swazi and/or Portuguese an advantage)
• Valid driver’s licence

• Monitor crop health and implement effective pest and disease management strategies
• Manage planting, harvesting and irrigation schedules
• Oversee day-to-day farm operations and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Conduct soil and leaf sampling for appropriate fertilization methods
• Management of effective weed control
