FARM MANAGER & ADMINISTRATIVE COUPLE OPPORTUNITY – ESHOWE, KZN

A well-established client in the agricultural sector is seeking an experienced and dedicated Farm Manager to join their team in Eshowe, KwaZulu-Natal. This is an excellent opportunity for a husband-and-wife team, with administrative work available for the spouse.
We are looking for a hands-on, motivated individual with strong leadership skills and solid experience in sugar cane farming who can effectively manage daily farming operations and maintain positive relationships within the local community.

POSITION INFO:

Position Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric certificate
Proven experience in sugar cane farming
Strong farm management and operational skills
Ability to communicate in Zulu
Excellent people skills and ability to work closely with local communities
Honest, reliable, and able to work independently

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing day-to-day farm operations
Managing staff and coordinating farm activities
Monitoring crop production and ensuring productivity targets are met
Maintaining equipment and operational efficiency
Building and maintaining good community relations
Ensuring farming practices meet company standards and objectives
