Gardens, Cape Town | In Office | Monday–Friday rotating UK shifts: 08:00–16:30, 09:00–17:30 or 10:00–18:30, with occasional Saturdays (approx. 1 in every 6 weeks) | R18,000–R25,000 per month

THE ROLE: STUDENTCARE CONSULTANT
The StudentCare Consultant will be a key point of contact for students throughout their learning journey, from enrolment through to completion.
The role focuses on providing proactive, student-focused support, helping learners remain motivated, overcome challenges and work towards their goals. This includes regular student communication, onboarding, technical support, exam readiness, complaint management and administration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the first point of contact for student queries via phone and email.
- Facilitate student onboarding through virtual orientation webinars.
- Proactively support students through regular 1:1 check-in calls.
- Troubleshoot platform and access issues and escalate when required.
- Guide students through exam readiness, providing motivation and reassurance.
- Manage student complaints empathetically and professionally, liaising with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Complete administrative tasks in line with individual and team KPIs.
- Champion the student experience to drive positive outcomes and feedback.

- Experience within the same industry with good customer care experience.
- No accent requirement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
