Structural Detailer / Modeler

SUMMARY:
Well established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is looking for an experienced Structural Rebar Detailer & Revit Modeler to join their Structures Division in Johannesburg (Randburg).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating structural drawings, including structural detailing, and modelling, collaborating with engineers and architects to achieve high-quality project outcomes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and grow within a dynamic team.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• 5 or more years experience in structural Revit modelling and reinforcement detailing on a variety of engineering and building projects
• Minimum relevant draughting qualification from an accredited college or equivalent

• Create accurate and detailed structural drawings and models using AutoCAD, Prokon Padds and Revit software.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand design requirements and specifications.
• Modify existing drawings according to feedback from engineers and clients.
• Conduct site visits as needed to ensure designs comply with site conditions.
• Maintain organised project files and documentation.
