We’re looking for a sharp, commercially minded, and execution-focused Strategy Analyst to work closely with senior leaders on high‑priority strategic and operational initiatives that move the business forward. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments and enjoys turning complex ideas into clear, measurable outcomes.

Our successful Strategy Analyst will…

• Support the development of key strategic initiatives through structured analysis, research, and problem-solving
• Break down complex business challenges into actionable components and practical operating plans
• Build business cases, financial models, and scenario analyses to support decision-making
• Own and drive end-to-end delivery of strategic and special projects, from concept through execution
• Develop project plans, timelines, and workstreams, ensuring alignment across multiple teams
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, proactively resolving blockers
• Act as a connector across the organisation, working cross-functionally with teams such as operations, finance, product, technology, and commercial
• Manage and influence stakeholders at varying levels of seniority without direct authority
• Prepare clear, concise materials for senior leadership, including recommendations, progress updates, and decision packs
• Define success metrics and KPIs, track post-implementation performance, and identify improvement opportunities
• Support governance, change management, and adoption of new processes or ways of working

If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric or equivalent; approximately five years’ professional experience, ideally within strategy, management consulting, corporate development, special projects, or a fast‑paced operational environment, you could be a strong fit for this role. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience delivering strategic initiatives with a clear focus on execution and implementation, supported by strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills. You will bring solid project management experience, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in an environment that may at times be ambiguous or fast‑moving. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills are essential, as is a highly organised, detail‑oriented, and outcomes‑driven approach. A collaborative mindset, low ego, and a strong sense of ownership will be key to succeeding in this role.
