POSITION INFO:

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Sales Executive to drive business growth, forge long-term client partnerships, and craft tailored logistics solutions that deliver measurable value. You’ll work across domestic and cross-border markets, developing strategies that position the company as the partner of choice for clients across industries.

Qualifications & Experience

3–5 years’ proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the transport & logistics sector
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong technical understanding of:
- Taut liner freight – national and cross-border
- Side tipper operations – national mining sector
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Proven ability to design and pitch customised logistics solutions that meet client needs

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business acquisition, identifying and securing clients across multiple sectors
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share
Build and nurture trust-based client relationships, ensuring a seamless customer journey from onboarding to after-sales support
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, maximising revenue within key accounts
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and sales forecasts
Represent the company at industry events, forums, and trade shows
Keep abreast of market trends, rates, and regulatory shifts to stay ahead of the competition
