SUMMARY:
A top tier digital solutions company is looking for an Account Manager

POSITION INFO:

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of customer service practices
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs
  • Knowledge of technologies, systems, and industry solutions
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as, Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Proven work experience in Customer Service, Account Management, and/ sales role 
  • Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
  • Effective presentation and negotiation skills
  • A high degree of professionalism
  • Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Updating and documenting all activities for new accounts into systems in an accurate and timely manner to track activities for future references
  • Executing technical meetings and events to educate and guide customers on products and services benefits to support the customer buying journey
  • Maintain accurate client information and account records (e.g., company size, needs, and pricing plans)
  • Maintain current and develop new relationships with existing clients
  • Develop and pursue Systems Upgrade opportunities
  • Research and suggest new areas for growth
  • Contacting clients to understand their requirements and work on a growth plan
  • Providing after-sales support to retain customers
  • Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries
  • Build strong client relationships, through regular communication
  • Report on the status of accounts
  • Suggest company products/services that maximize client value
  • Communicate product and pricing details clearly
  • Coordinate with Head of Sales Account Executives to create customised sales plans for key clients
  • Promote new products / services to existing customers
