Stores Administrator

SUMMARY:
As a Stores Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the storage, organization, and distribution of goods within a warehouse or store environment. You will also ensure smooth inventory management and operational efficiency.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and offloading materials for dispatch/receipt between Stores
• Receive, check and process incoming materials for correctness as per delivery note and purchase order
• Immediately notify the Store Supervisor regarding discrepancies in materials receipt if any
• Segregate discrepant materials, so as to be returned to the supplier for replacement
• Facilitate Store Supervisor in completing the GRN for goods received
• Collect copy of GRN and arrange to bin the materials
• Receipt of good and services
• Daily, weekly and monthly stock take and stock reports
• Responsible for quotations and commencement of procurement process
• Initiate and prepare MPR
• Submit PR on ERP/SAP
• Follow up on procurement process

• Grade 12
• Minimum of 2 years in Store Operation
• Familiarity with stock control procedures, shipping and receiving, and warehouse operations
• High working knowledge of Excel
• Proficiency with inventory management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
• Proven ability to deliver results and act as a change agent
