Storeman / Storelady (Automotive Logistics)

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storeman/Storelady with experience in automotive logistics and warehouse operations.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against delivery documentation.
• Pick, pack, and issue parts accurately to production, workshop, or customers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Perform cycle counts, stocktakes, and inventory reconciliations.
• Coordinate supplier returns for damaged or incorrect parts.
• Operate forklifts safely (where licensed) and comply with OHS standards.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• 2 to 3 years experience in an automotive warehouse or logistics environment.
• Good knowledge of automotive parts and inventory control.
• Experience using warehouse/ERP systems such as SAP, Syspro, Kerridge, Pastel, or similar.
• Valid Forklift Licence (advantageous).
• Qualification in Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management (advantageous).
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
