Role Overview
An opportunity is available for a Storekeeper / Assistant to join a procurement and warehouse team on a fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will support stock control processes, ensure accurate inventory management, and assist in maintaining efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate daily stock levels
- Verify incoming stock against purchase orders
- Report discrepancies between received stock and purchase orders
- Process requisitions from internal teams on the system
- Assist with monthly stock takes and record variances
- Ensure accurate GRV (Goods Received Vouchers) processing
- Issue stock accurately based on internal orders
- Support the Warehouse Supervisor with general warehouse duties
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse/storekeeping environment
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP / D365 (advantageous)
