Store Trainee Manager

SUMMARY:
We are currently looking for a Store Trainee Manager in the Bredasdorp area, located in the Southeast of Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:                      
Matric or equivalent qualification                                   
Two years of retail management experience are essential
Team Player
Good communication skills
Positive attitude
Ability to manage a retail store across boundaries
Good Trainee skills 

Key Functions

• Handle daily responsibilities that come with tr a store
• Ensure that the store policies are upheld
• Making sure that effective and efficient customer service is carried out
• Oversee the layout of the store
• Liable for the store admin
• Dealing with customer queries
• Implementing strategies to increase sales
• Maintaining store standards
• Managing & Training staff performance
