Our client, a leading premium luxury brand retailer, is urgently seeking to employ an experienced Store Manager as well as an Assistant Store Manager to join their dynamic retail team.

POSITION INFO:
Location: Cresta, JHB

Requirements
Store Manager

Minimum 3–5 years’ retail management experience
Proven leadership and sales management ability
Strong operational and people management skills
Experience within premium, luxury, or fashion retail advantageous

Assistant Store Manager

Minimum 2–3 years’ retail supervisory experience
Strong customer service and team leadership skills
Passion for luxury retail and fashion
Ability to support daily retail operations effectively

Ideal Candidate

Energetic, professional, and sales-driven
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Well-presented with a passion for retail
Ability to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and brand experience
Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets
Lead, motivate, and develop the retail team
Ensure excellent store presentation and visual merchandising standards
Manage daily store operations efficiently
Monitor stock control and inventory management
Maintain company policies, procedures, and operational standards
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
