Retail Team Leader - Port Shepstone
POSITION INFO:
Our FMCG/Retail Client is currently looking for a Retail Team Leader based in Port Shepstone
Must reside in the Port Shepstone surrounding area
The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the store as a whole.
Experience in retail and some junior managing experience, such as a supervisor or assistant manager.
R8365 -R9193 depending on experience (this excludes incentives and commission).

- High School (matric) (Required)
- Management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Retail: 3 years (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities- Will manage a small team of 2 Sales Assistants.
- Achieve store sales and GP targets
- Visual merchandising management
- Showing what World Class service looks like
- Ensuring store is fully stocked and orders placed accordingly
- Merchandise and Stock Controls
- Shrinkage/Stock Loss
- Responsible for all admin functions
- Management of all staff

Technical and Functional Requirements- Matric or equivalent
- Previous management experience (Desirable)
- Strong leadership abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of retail management best practice
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong IT and numerical skills
- Sound Product Knowledge
