SUMMARY:
A luxury retailer is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to join their team. This opportunity is ideal for a customer-centric retail leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, driving sales performance and creating a premium in-store experience.

POSITION INFO:

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead, coach and motivate the store team to achieve sales and operational targets
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the luxury brand standard
Drive sales, maximise profitability and achieve all store KPIs
Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
Monitor stock levels, merchandising standards and inventory controls
Recruit, train, mentor and performance manage team members
Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained in line with brand guidelines
Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and repeat customers
Analyse store performance and implement action plans to improve results
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and health and safety standards

Desired Experience & Qualification

Matric (Grade 12)
Minimum of 3 years'' Store Management experience
Previous experience within a luxury, premium or boutique retail environment is essential
Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Commercially driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Well-presented with a passion for luxury brands and fashion
