SUMMARY:
Our client, a leading retail brand, is looking for an experienced Store Manager to join their team in Gardens, Cape Town. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of management and sales experience, a proven track record in meeting targets, and is confident using MS Office and retail POS systems. We're looking for someone who is driven, accountable, and leads by example, with a strong focus on process and performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years' management experience, with a strong sales background
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level)
• Experience with retail or point-of-sale (POS) systems (advantageous)
• High energy, driven, and results-oriented
• Accountable, responsible, and leads by example
• Demonstrates integrity, maturity, and sound judgment

• Coordinate store operations to ensure productivity and efficiency
