A South African owned footwear retailer has a vacancy for a Store Manager with strong operations and people management experience to join their Pietermaritzburg team

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Store opening and closing
Banking and all admin related duties
Motivating the team
Driving sales
Ensure that company policies and procedures are adhered to
Enforce discipline and corrective action when/if necessary
Merchandising of stock
Receiving and dispatch of stock as well as inventory control
Providing a great customer service experience
Staff management
Ensuring good housekeeping are adhered to
Budgets and financial reports
