SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager with a strong sales mindset to lead the Brakpan store. This is an exciting opportunity to run the store like your own business, with the chance to earn a performance-based bonus in April and commission.

POSITION INFO:

Take full ownership of store operations and staff management in this exciting position. If you have a strong sales and operational mindset, along with proven retail management experience, this is the perfect opportunity to lead and drive the success of the store.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise store staff.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, including school principals.
Order and manage stock levels.
Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Open and close the store, including cash handling and reconciliations.
Use own vehicle for work purposes (compensation provided).
Operate the store as if it were your own business, making independent decisions to drive success.
Optionally open the store on Sundays to increase business.
Perform weekly banking and financial reconciliations.

Requirements:

Matric certificate.
Minimum of five years’ experience in retail management.
Strong sales-focused mindset.
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
