SUMMARY:
Masa Outsourcing is currently looking for a Store Manager for a client of ours in Cape Town to join their branches in the following areas: 1. Gaansbaai 2. Sandbaai 3. Mosselbay 4. George 5. Milnerton

POSITION INFO:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Matric or equivalent qualification.
Minimum two years retail management experience, essential.
Strong personality to motivate and inspire their teams.
Ability to train and develop their staff daily.
Strong administrative capabilities.
Sales driven daily/weekly/monthly.
Customer service orientated.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage stock and store assets effectively.
Handle daily responsibilities that come with managing a store.
Making sure that effective and efficient customer service is carried out.
Oversee the layout of the store.
Responsible for store Administration.
Deal with customer queries.
Maintaining store standards.
