SUMMARY:
My client within the retail industry is searching for a well-established operational Finance individual with 5 years finance experience. The company has been operating for more than 10 years building their reputation within the industry. They require a hands-on leader that understands the importance of meeting the companyÃ¢Â€Â™s objectives.

POSITION INFO:

Education:

BCom Accounting or BCom Management Accounting or equivalant

Requirements:

5 years’ experience managing a team.
Experience within the retail/fmcg or Manufacturing industry is essential.
Operational expereince and exposure is essential.

Duties and responsibilities amongst others:

Responsible for creating forecasting models
Reporting and analysis.
Overseeing Debtors and creditors
Risk assessment and trends within the market
Ensuring all accounting activities comply with regulations
Preparation of budgets, forecasting and costing
Managing payroll
Involvement with financial strategies and managing accounting teams etc.
Managing stocktakes
