Exceptional Store Manager required for maintaining store development standards and branding in local markets. Degree in business, project management, marketing, or related field. Min 5 years experience in retail planning capacity.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Brief

The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining store development standards and branding in local market.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Refine and improve store work processes and standardise with all key stakeholders
Work closely with all stakeholders through all phases of new store opening, from feasibility study of projects till hand over to the store operation team
Manage the revamp of stores to completion
Oversee the operations of the gig-rig team
Work with cross functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of new store openings

Skills Required

Diploma or degree in business, project management, marketing, or related field
Minimum of five years’ experience in retail planning capacity.
Understanding of store layouts and floor plans.
Budget management.
Commercially sound. Analytical and results focussed
Ability to create, read, analyse, and interpret general business reports
Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and prioritise workload with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
A collaborative team player – concerned with the team success as well as individual performance
Solution orientated, decisive by nature
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
