Job Description:
Do you enjoy organization, stock management and supporting a busy operations team? We are looking for a Store Assistant to help keep operations running smoothly.

POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Do:

Answer calls and handle customer enquiries.
Receive, check and organize stock from local and overseas suppliers.
Prepare delivery notes (DNs), goods received notes (GRNs), invoices and purchase orders.
Assist technicians and customers with spare part requests.
Maintain stock accuracy, perform cycle counts and support annual stock takes.
Keep stores, reception and offices clean and organized.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Team player with good communication abilities.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office) is an advantage.
