SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a Stock Controller to manage all inventory operations in our fragrance manufacturing environment — from raw materials to finished products.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Track and maintain optimal stock levels for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
Record and update all stock movements in ERP/inventory systems.
Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries against purchase orders.
Oversee proper storage and handling of sensitive materials (e.g., fragrance oils).
Forecast demand and coordinate replenishment with purchasing and suppliers.
Apply FIFO/FEFO systems for quality and compliance.
Conduct regular stock counts and resolve discrepancies.
Generate stock and variance reports for management.
Work closely with production, warehouse, and sales teams to streamline operations.
Ensure all handling complies with health and safety standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience in stock or inventory control (preferably manufacturing).
Strong Excel and ERP software skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
