Stock Controller

SUMMARY:
A luxury safari lodge in the Greater Kruger | Hoedspruit region is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Stock Controller to take responsibility for the accurate management of stock and stores.
 
The successful candidate will ensure that all stock is correctly received, recorded, stored, issued, and monitored while supporting the lodge's operational requirements.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENT: 

• RSA ID and legal residence essential
• Previous stock control or stores experience
• Hospitality or lodge experience advantageous
• Strong numerical and administrative skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Computer literate
• Experience with stock takes, receiving, issuing, and reconciliations
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable and trustworthy 

• Receive and check all deliveries
• Maintain accurate stock records
• Conduct regular stock takes and reconciliations
• Issue stock to the relevant departments
• Monitor stock levels and identify shortages or discrepancies
• Maintain an organised and secure stores area
• Assist with ordering and procurement
• Control wastage and ensure correct stock rotation
• Maintain accurate invoices and supporting documentation
• Support the General Manager with stock reporting and administration 

• R12 000 Negotiable (DOE)
