Stock Controller

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about maintaining accurate inventory? Our client, Flamite (Pty) Ltd, a well-established leader in the coal, anthracite, and logistics industry, is looking for a Stock Controller to join their Witbank depot.

• Monitor, maintain, and update accurate inventory records.

• Track all stock movements, including receipts and dispatches.

• Perform regular stock counts and investigate any discrepancies.

• Ensure optimal stock levels are maintained to support operational requirements.

• Prepare inventory reports and assist with stock audits.

• Liaise closely with operations and procurement teams to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

• Previous experience in a Stock Controller, Inventory Controller, or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes.

• Good computer literacy with experience using inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.

• Experience within the mining, coal, logistics, or bulk materials industry will be advantageous.

• Experience working with Sage Accpac will be advantageous.
