Stock Controller

SUMMARY:
Our client in Rustenburg requires the services of a male Stock Controller.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements that must be met:

1. Manage chemicals stock levels
2. Stock take
3. Receive all goods ordered
4. Arrange couriers
5. Ordering stock – Management to verify (Assist HR)
6. Ensure chemical room and cupboards are clean and tidy at all times
7. Working hours: Monday to Friday (07:00 – 16:00), 1 hour lunch (cannot be accumulated and includes 30min tea times)
8. When you leave the office, ensure all doors and windows are locked/closed and alarm activated
9. Preparing of documents as needed for teams task
10. Assist Supervisors with prep-work and manage teams with daily tasks.
11. Adhere to any instruction/request from management
12. Assist Director and office manager with task/duties
13. Management reserves the right to alter the Job Description if work related items change
