SUMMARY:
Online retailer is seeking a sales minded candidate to confirm stock availability with suppliers for the customers.

POSITION INFO:

Duties Include:

· Calling Suppliers

· Confirming stock availability

· Confirming cost price

· Sending emails to confirm the above with customers.

Strict Requirements:

· Matric certificate with good marks for English and Afrikaans

· Tertiary diploma/Degree advantageous

· Strong telephone skills with a high level of English and Afrikaans

· Strong reference from previous employer

· Intermediate Excel knowledge

· Basic computer skills (Email/word/excel)

Excellent telephone- and customer service skills essential.
