SUMMARY:
Stock /Administrative Assistant 
A company in the Retail FMCG industry is currently recruiting for a Stock Controller /Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate must come with a minimum of 6-months relevant experience in a similar role. This position will be based in Crown Mines, Johannesburg.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements
  • Essential: Matric.
  • Essential: 6 months stock taking experience.
  • Beneficial: Knowledge of QuickBooks and any POS System.
  • Driver’s license and own vehicle.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Keeping track of box quantities, branded tape and clear cello-tape required for deliveries.
  • Assisting the Accounts Department with stock and delivery notes on goods coming in and going out.
  • Ensuring orders are ready for deliveries, as well as communicating daily with the Head of Design.
  • Assist customers upstairs in the store and tele-sales.
  • Responsible for stock taking.
  • Responsible for general office administration.
  • Control deliveries.
  • Responsible to assist customers in person and over the phone.
