Purpose of the Job:

• Matric
• Relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a procurement or logistics environment
• Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)

POSITION INFO:
Technical Competencies & Experience:

• Process daily IBTs for all branches and arrange couriers when required
• Handle PO’s and GRN’s for local and foreign stock 
• Process credit notes and assist with online order PO’s
• Update container arrivals and manage stock journals
• Generate reports and maintain filing
• Order stationery and assist with stock checks, supplier quotes, and local orders
• Support stock reporting, monthly stock counts, and resolving stock queries

• Strong communication and administrative skills
• Valid driver’s license with own vehicle
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Energetic, eager to learn, and solutions-driven
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Basic numerical skills
