Vacancy: Senior Project Manager / Squad Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager / Squad Lead to join our team. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a commercially minded professional who excels at stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and the successful delivery of multiple projects.
The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder who can confidently engage with specialists, vendors, and senior business leaders while ensuring project teams remain accountable and focused on delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects within a portfolio environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with specialists, Heads of Department, vendors, and key stakeholders.
Effectively position project topics and discussions at the appropriate level for different audiences.
Provide clear, professional, and impactful presentations and communications.
Drive accountability across project teams while fostering a supportive and high-performing environment.
Demonstrate urgency and ownership in resolving challenges and achieving business outcomes.
Proactively identify, communicate, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
Deliver accurate status reporting, including the timely communication of challenges and recovery plans.
Ensure adherence to project governance standards, quality assurance, and quality control practices.
Oversee project financial management and resource planning.

Technical Knowledge

Strong understanding of IT terminology and technology concepts.
Sound domain knowledge within the relevant business or technology area.
Ability to engage credibly with technical and business stakeholders.

Project Management Experience

Proven experience managing projects in a multi-project environment.
Solid understanding of project management fundamentals and methodologies.
Experience with governance, quality assurance, and quality control of project artefacts.
Financial management and budget oversight experience.
