Spraybooth Supervisor

🛠️ We're Hiring: Spray Booth Supervisor – Hermanus
Are you practical, reliable, and good at keeping things organised and running smoothly? A busy joinery workshop in Hermanus is looking for someone to take charge of their spray booth area.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead a small team, make sure jobs stay on track, and keep the space safe, clean, and efficient.

POSITION INFO:
Role:  Spraybooth Manager
Location:  Hermanus, Overberg, Western Cape
Salary:  TBC

What you’ll do:

• Supervise a team of spray painters and prep workers
• Plan daily tasks and keep production on schedule
• Check quality of prep work and finished items
• Keep tools, stock, and equipment in order
• Enforce safety and PPE rules

What we’re looking for:

• Someone firm but fair with strong people skills
• Good at organising, problem-solving, and leading by example
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Workshop or spray painting experience is a plus, but not required
