POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:
New and used Vehicles: Prep of new vehicles, Priming of panels, Spray paint panels, Stickers, Fitting of bulls bars, Body filler and fiberglass of panels. Spray painting of trailers and trailer parts
Prep of new vehicles
Cleaning panels with pre cleaner
Flattening of panels with sanding paper
Priming of panels
Apply 106 primer
Spray paint of panels
Spray panels (in Anderson Red or White as required)
Apply 2K spray
Apply top coat ( clear coat)
Stickers on vehicles
Apply (fit) door stickers (x2)
Apply (fit) small fleet number in front of vehicle
Apply (fit) anti hijack stickers on top of roof
Apply (fit) Anderson Trade sticker on Globe Trotter
Apply (fit ) ZA and 80km/h stickers at back of horse
Fitting of bulls bars
Fitting bulls bar within spec (properly
Body filler and fiber glass of panels
Repair damaged fenders, doors, cornel panels, side skirts, cabs, and extrusions.
Trailers
Strip and respray of trailers
Fiber glass of trailer decks
Spray head boards, tailboards, under runs, mudflap brackets, side rails, chasis frame, hanger brackets, tool boxes, corner plate brackets
Driver tools and special lock nuts
Spray and prime of tools and safety lock nuts
Clean and neat work environment
Ensure that work area and tools / equipment are kept clean
Additional work as required
Perform any other additional work as required by section head / Director.
