SUMMARY:
Comply with all mandatory requirements, manage internal and external customers and deliver excellent customer service for the MWOS Group. Your role is to support, advise and direct the business in all aspects of customer service that could lead the business to high levels of customer retention

POSITION INFO:

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Performance Area

Performance Outputs

Operational  

  • Providing an efficient quality Customer service;
  • Processing of daily sports dividends;
  • Capturing of and updating disseminated betting on the Turfsport system and / or dealing with queries related to not limited to Turfsport;
  • The daily updating of the fixtures on the MWOS web site as well as links and other information;
  • Offer technical support when required;
  • Keeping the sports results updated for branches and on MWOS website;
  • Laying of bets and / or cancelling tickets;
  • Responsible for all related administration and paperwork including setting up lotto and scrambles on a daily basis;
  • Should you be required to take responsibility for keys to branch safe and /or branch premises keys the Clerk will be held responsible;
  • Responsible for cash shortages and will be required to pay in any cash shortages and/or credit bets;
  • Administration and paperwork including the cash handover documents when allocated such duties;
  • Safety and security of all company assets including takings cash under his/her control.

Minimum Requirements:

 

  • Matric
  • Certificate in relevant field is advantageous
  • Knowledge of Turfsport software essential
  • Previous experience in a similar environment/position is advantageous
