• Ability to measure and mix spices accurately
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality control
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy bags of spices
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Measure and mix spices according to recipes
• Operate spice mixing machinery and equipment
• Ensure that the spices are accurately weighed and labeled
• Monitor the quality of the spices being mixed
• Clean and maintain the spice mixing area and equipment
• Record and maintain production data and inventory levels
