POSITION INFO:
A well-established supplier within the heavy industrial and materials sector is seeking a highly organised and proactive Internal Sales and Logistics Coordinator to support its sales and dispatch operations.

This office-based role plays a central part in coordinating orders, transport, and customer communication — ensuring accurate, timely deliveries and strong service standards across the business.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

Proven experience in internal sales, sales coordination, or logistics coordination
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Experience working with SAP (essential)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Manage sales orders from receipt through to final delivery
Coordinate dispatches and arrange transport collections
Liaise with customers regarding orders, schedules, and queries
Communicate with transporters to ensure timely collections and deliveries
Prepare and maintain accurate sales and delivery documentation
Support the sales team with quotations and order confirmations
Resolve customer or delivery issues professionally and efficiently
Maintain accurate records across sales and logistics functions
Experience within industrial supply, mining, metals, foundry, chemicals, or related sectors will be advantageous
