POSITION INFO:
SPA THERAPIST – POS25203
Location: Hazyview, Mpumalanga
Salary: R9,000 – 10 000.00 per month
Package Includes:
All meals while on duty
Accommodation
22 working days with 9 days off monthly
Live-in position (no dependents)
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent recognised qualification
- Additional certifications in specialised spa treatments (advantageous)
- Valid certification in massage techniques (advantageous)
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury spa or hotel setting
- Skilled in: Massage, facials, waxing, tinting, manicures, and pedicures and
- Biosculpture gel manicures and pedicures
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Strong customer service and treatment booking experience
- Ability to tailor treatments to meet each client’s specific needs
- Confident sales ability to promote spa services and products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Provide a range of spa and beauty treatments tailored to individual guest needs
- Maintain exceptional service standards and ensure guest satisfaction
- Uphold strict cleanliness and hygiene protocols in all treatment areas
- Maintain detailed client consultation records and treatment notes
- Actively promote and upsell spa products and additional services
- Stay informed on industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge
