POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• Recognized qualification in Beauty Therapy / Spa Therapy
• 2 years’ experience in a spa or hospitality environment
• Strong sales ability with a focus on achieving targets
• Basic computer skills 

• Provide a range of professional spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies
• Ensure the highest standards of guest care and service excellence
• Maintain treatment rooms and spa areas in pristine condition
• Promote spa services and retail products to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and service protocols at all times
