TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS

• Hospitality hours apply Monday to Sunday
• Shift Cycle: 6-weeks ON / 1-week OFF
• Flexibility is key

REPORT TO: Hotel GM / Owner

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS

• R5,755 Basic Salary per month
• 10% Service Commission 
• 15% Retail Commission (sliding scale)
• Staff accommodation (own room with shared amenities)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. South African citizen 
2. Beauty Specialist (ITEC) / Health & Skin Care Therapist / Cosmetology / Somatologist Diploma (minimum 1 year qualification)
3. ITEC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds / CIBTAC / BABTAC - bonus
4. Fit and healthy to perform therapies back to back
5. Beautifully groomed and looking the part of a 5-star therapist
6. Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

EXPERIENCE:

1. Bushveld / Lodge OR Resort Spa experience preferred
2. Confident in all relevant Spa, Skin & Body Therapies
3. At least 2 years working experience post-graduation

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

1. Friendly, professional and well groomed
2. Confident to perform face, body and basic nail treatments
3. Performs exemplary professional treatments in accordance with Company protocols.
4. Consistently meet and exceed set revenue targets, including minimum 15% Retail to Turnover.
5. Projects enthusiasm for working in a multi-cultural environment resulting in a positive and healthy team culture.
6. Excellent verbal communication skills to confidently promote the spa and engage with guests.
7. Dedicated to own health and wellness to positively commit to the role, responsibilities, and wellbeing of the team.
