INTERNATIONAL POSITION - Zanzibar

We have an exciting position available for a Spa Manager in a luxury 5 * Resort in Zanzibar

Basic salary to be discussed during the interview

Staff accommodation

Staff meals

The successful candidate will need to be able to:

Must be a qualified therapist with necessary diplomas

Must have management experience

· Manage a team

· Report to Head Office

· Set and achieve targets

· Innovate new protocols and packages

· Work closely with hotel management

· Liaise with high-profile guests

· Assist in the marketing of the spa

The following are essential:

· Experience in running a busy spa

· Leadership qualities

· Therapist mentoring experience

· Sound communication skills

· Training experience and expertise

· High standards of personal presentation

· Proactivity and problem-solving skills

· Sound organisational skills

Most important:

Valid Passport

Police Clearance Certificate

Yellow Fever Injection required
