Spa Manager

POSITION INFO:

Salary: R12 000 – R14 000 per month with incentives

Area: Cape Town Central

Description of Position

We are looking for a strong leader with great computer, ESP and leadership skills to reopen this spa after Covid-19. Someone with strong communication skills, that looks presentable and can lead her team to success will be considered.

Requirements:

Beauty Diploma preferably CIDESCO, SAAHSP and/or ITEC

Minimum of 2 years management experience
Microsoft Proficiency, especially Excel
ESP experience an advantage
Mature and responsible
Passionate and target driven
Well-groomed to present the brand
Strong verbal and written communication
Own reliable transport
Strong leadership skills
Flexible and available to work late shifts.
Shifts: 8-5 & 11-8
Two off weekends per month.
Market related basic salary, commission and performance incentives.

Starting date: 1 May 2021
