POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric plus a recognized qualification in beauty therapy or spa management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar spa management role, preferably within a lodge or luxury hospitality setting
• Well-groomed and professional at all times
• Proficient in spa booking systems and stock management
• Valid drivers license and own reliable transportation 

• Oversee the daily operations of the spa to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Manage and lead a team of spa therapists and support staff
• Develop and implement spa service protocols and standards
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience with personalized, high-quality treatments
• Manage stock, ordering of spa products, and inventory control
• Handle guest feedback and implement improvements where necessary
