JOB DESCRIPTION:

Spa Front Desk Coordinator / Supervisor URGENTLY needed in Magaliesburg - North West

Beauty qualifications will be Advantageous
1 - 4 years of working experience in a busy Spa Environment as a Front Desk Coordinator/Supervisor
MUST be Computer Literate with excellent Administration Skills.
MUST be able to run the Reception Desk and Booking System
MUST manage the Operation of the Spa
MUST be able to work with minimal supervision
MUST be detail-oriented and be able to multi-task
MUST have the ability to be efficient and productive in a fast pace environment
MUST be enthusiastic and possess excellent Customer Service Skills.
Must have excellent Communication, Listening, and Computer Skills
Must be a Team-player
PRODUCT Knowledge of SIX, Spalicious, ELEMIS, and Matsimela is Advantageous
Must have weekend availability
