SPA & WELLNESS MANAGER 

LYNNWOOD, Pretoria - Gauteng (ZA)

START: ASAP / 01 August 2025

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday - Friday
• 08:00 - 18:00
• Saturday - shifts may vary
• Closed on Sundays & Major Public Holidays

REPORT TO: Director

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R20,000-00 to R25,000 per month Gross (final Offer will be based on experience & skills required)
• Performance Incentives
• Commission earned on any personal treatments performed (where operationally required)
• Commission earned on retail sold

MINIMUM RQUIREMENTS:

1. Manager must be based within ease of travel in or to Lynwood, PTA
2. Reliable transport is preferred
3. Beautifully groomed & professionally presentable
4. Diploma Somatology / Health & Skin Care or Cosmetology (minimum 2-year Diploma)
5. NQF Level 7 Diploma preferred
6. BONUS - Dermal Aesthetics or Advanced Somatology Diploma
7. Trainer / Educator - BONUS
8. Spa Management Certified - BONUS

EXPERIENCE:

1. At least FIVE years experience in a Managerial / Assistant Managerial / Educator & Trainer capacity (Spa / Salon)
2. Previous employment in a luxury establishment Spa/ hotel or cruise ship spa essential

KEY SKILLS:

1. Computer literate and confident
2. Able to train staff on spa protocols and follow up on company brand trainings
3. Able to lead and develop employees and services
4. Knowledge of spa procedures
5. Ability to focus attention on guest needs
6. Ability to promote positive relations with all individuals who approach the Spa
7. Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
8. Knowledge of and ability to sell spa products
9. Able to assist with ad-hoc duties in other departments of the property if operationally required by management
10. Comfortable performing spa & beauty therapies when operationally / ad-hoc required
