POSITION INFO:
I’m building a select talent pool of experienced sales and business development professionals within the solar, renewable energy, and BESS space.

This is not one specific role — it’s an opportunity to be considered for current and upcoming vacancies with multiple clients across South Africa.

If you’re active in the energy space and open to new opportunities, now is the time to connect.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

Proven experience in solar, renewable energy, or energy solution sales
Strong business development / external sales background
Own reliable vehicle and willingness to travel
Ability to generate new business and grow accounts
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Selling solutions such as solar PV, BESS, inverters, or energy management systems
Engaging with commercial, industrial, or EPC clients
Managing full sales cycles from prospecting to close
Building long-term client relationships
Working independently in a target-driven environment
A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Energy, or a related field is highly advantageous
