SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Solar Sales Business Development Executive to drive new business opportunities, expand our client base, and grow market presence for our solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, knowledge of the renewable energy industry, and a proven ability to build long-term relationships.
This role requires a combination of business development, technical understanding of solar solutions, and exceptional client engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial solar markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and key stakeholders
Conduct client consultations, site assessments, and feasibility studies
Develop tailored solar solutions and proposals for clients
Negotiate contracts, manage pricing, and close deals effectively
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales reports
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies

Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in renewable energy or technical solutions
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Technical understanding of solar energy systems and renewable energy solutions (advantageous)
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites
