POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: What you will do

Deliver handsâon support for both software and hardware solutions.
Manage service calls and installations with precision and professionalism.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer queries quickly.
Escalate issues when needed and ensure proper closure of every case.
Handle onsite networking challenges and fault prevention.
Provide accurate reports and feedback to clients and internal teams.

Key Requirements and Skills: What You Bring to the Table

2+ years’ experience in time & attendance/access control systems.
Strong background in call centre and field support.
A+, N+ certifications and solid networking knowâhow.
Excellent communication skills and a customerâfirst mindset.
Valid driver’s license and the ability to work under pressure.
Punctual, honest, and reliable—always ready to deliver.
