A position has become available in JHB East for a young Social Media and Account Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Grade 12
Suitable tertiary qualification
Advanced Excel
Valid drivers license

SOCIAL MEDIA Duties include:

Establish and growth social media followers, likes, mentions, awareness

ACCOUNT MANAGER duties include:

Develop, sell, and execute effective ranges with identified customers
Develop and keep updated an account plan to the company standards per customer
Manage all key customer accounts, listings and range executions
Develop specific standards for merchandising range, promotions and the like
Provide pre & post execution evaluation of marketing programs and communicate to the field
Monitor account profitability and forecasting
Communicate standards and customer commitments to the field
Issue a promotion calendar on a timely basis
Monitor performance and compliance, taking corrective action where necessary
Conduct Business Reviews with senior managers
Set clear objectives that are consistent with company forecasts
Ensure all accounts are visited on an appropriate frequency
Ensure each team member sells effectively in the market place via the sales manager
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities
Monitor current sales and merchandising standards
Analyze current in-store planograms and rework them to maximize shelf share and shape
Monitor and communicate store relays and changes with Sales Manager
Solve client issues
Visit key accounts regularly and assist buyers to tailor ranges in accordance with need
