Social Media Marketer

SUMMARY:

Our client, an online wholesale and distributing company based in Marlboro, Sandton, is looking for a talented Social Media Marketer to join their Marketing team.  

Core Function

The Social Media Marketer will be working independently on these social platforms by creating fun and attractive videos to target the right market for our client’s products.  Team up with other Marketing staff to sell their company as a brand and keep up with trends.  Better yet, create their own catchy trends.

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications & Experience

• Matric
• Relevant tertiary qualification may be beneficial
• Sound knowledge and experience with TikTok, Facebook and Instagram
• Video Editing experience

Key Competencies & Relevant Skills

• Strong social media presence
• Outgoing and creative
• Content creating experience
• Market analysis will be beneficial
• Strategy development
• Well-spoken in the English Language
• Familiar with social media lingo and trends
• Must be able to work independently and be a self-starter

Working from the company’s premises in Sandton

Office Hours:  8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
