• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to meet the brand's objectives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
• Manage the backend operations of various social media platforms, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance analysis.
• Use social listening tools to monitor online conversations, track brand mentions, and gather insights for strategy refinement.
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content creation and strategic planning.
• Proactively devise monthly content calendars, incorporating relevant trends and aligning with brand identity and messaging.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers and key stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Oversee influencer campaigns from inception to execution, including briefing, negotiation, and performance evaluation.
• Monitor and analyse social media metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and optimise strategies accordingly.

• Stay updated on emerging trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media marketing and influencer management.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a Financial Services industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in using social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) for business purposes.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Certifications in digital marketing and social media advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
