POSITION INFO:

The company is an industry leader in its field and has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Media Designer with a passion for digital. This position offers the chance to work at an innovative, industry-leading lighting company. The company is looking for someone passionate about Digital Marketing and Design. This role will be responsible for all digital channels and communications, including social media, websites, and portals.

• Digital marketing:
• Responsibilities include advertising and social media:
  • Implement monthly plans for B2B and B2C channels.
  • Create engaging social media content.
  • Schedule and review social media content.
  • Must be proficient with Meta Business Suite.
  • Manage social media communities.
  • Provide monthly reports.
• Responsibilities include website and portal maintenance:
  • Keeping the interfaces updated with the latest products/product information.
  • Managing 3rd party suppliers for updates, fixes, maintenance issues.
• Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge:
  • Stay current on digital and social marketing trends, competitor activity, and international social media trends, and share insights with the marketing team.
• Design:
  • Create visually appealing graphics and layouts for social media posts and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts and campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency in brand visuals across all digital platforms. 

• Bachelors degree in marketing, graphic design, or a similar field.
• Work experience in similar positions (Graphic Designer, Social Media Assistant, etc.).
• Requires experience creating posts, visuals, and videos for social media.
• Understanding of social media principles and concepts.
• Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and others.
• Exceptional design and creative skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented.

• Able to work well under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Possesses good relationship skills.
• Demonstrates a strong attention to detail.
